1. Reservation and Check-in Policy

  • Rooms are allotted on a first-come, first-serve basis or based on prior bookings.
  • Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID during check-in.
  • Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking or check-in unless otherwise specified.
  • Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and UPI transactions.
  • All rates are subject to applicable taxes as per government regulations.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before check-in will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in or no-shows will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to maintain decorum and adhere to the peaceful sanctity of the Devassthana premises.
  • Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and non-vegetarian food are strictly prohibited in rooms and on the property.
  • Any behavior causing discomfort to other guests or staff will lead to immediate eviction without refund.

5. Room Usage

  • The room is strictly for the use of registered guests only. Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms without prior permission.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage to property or fixtures during their stay and will be charged accordingly.
  • Housekeeping services are available between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

6. Safety and Security

  • The Devassthana is not responsible for the loss of valuables. A safe is provided in rooms for guest convenience.
  • Guests are advised to lock their rooms when stepping out and to avoid leaving valuables unattended.

7. Facilities and Amenities

  • Use of common facilities, such as the dining area and parking, must be in accordance with the rules displayed.
  • Wi-Fi is provided complimentary but is subject to availability and network conditions.
  • Any misuse of property amenities may result in penalties.

8. Special Requests

  • Special requests, such as additional beds, wheelchair access, or specific room preferences, must be communicated during booking and are subject to availability.

9. Liability Disclaimer

  • The management is not liable for accidents, injuries, or mishaps caused by guest negligence.
  • In case of emergencies, guests are requested to contact the reception immediately.

10. Privacy and Data Usage

  • Guest information collected during booking and check-in will be handled per privacy laws and used only for operational purposes.

11. Changes to Terms

  • The management reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Updated policies will be displayed on-site.

Hotel Room Rules

  1. No Drinking Alcohol: Consuming alcoholic beverages in the room is strictly prohibited.
  2. No Smoking: Smoking inside the room is not allowed to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  3. No Tobacco Chewing: Avoid chewing or spitting tobacco products to maintain hygiene.
  4. Keep the Room Clean: Dispose of waste properly and maintain the room’s cleanliness.
  5. Report Damages: Inform hotel staff immediately if any damages occur in the room.
